Terms of Service

By subscribing to or using Talimi, you agree to these Terms of Service. Talimi is a product of PB Consulting, a Maltese company registered at 19, Tulip, Triq Guzeppi Lanzon, Marsascala MSK 3391.

Talimi is a training and certification platform for regulated businesses. We provide multi-tenant portals with course management, exams, and certificate issuance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Talimi is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All fees are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are due in advance for each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

Trial periods: We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a trial, your account converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.

As a Talimi customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the platform
• Ensure the content you upload does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Talimi — courses, lessons, exam questions, branding, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via email during business days.

You may not use Talimi to:

• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the platform
• Reverse-engineer or clone the platform
• Resell the platform without our written permission
• Store or transmit illegal content
• Harass, defraud, or harm other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice, or immediately in cases of illegal activity or non-payment.

Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data. After that period, data is permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malta.
